Shooting schedule

 Day 1: December 19, 2024

We started shooting at 4:45 PM on the first day, which was perfect to capture the evening light and set the tone for our project. The evening hours added a unique atmosphere, perfectly complementing the mood we wanted to capture in the scenes.

The preparation of the shoot had begun way in advance during the day, getting all our props, equipment, and locations ready. The actual filming took a number of hours where we tried to finish all the key scenes that required evening light. We were focused and motivated, working into the late hours of the night, and by the end of it, we were satisfied with the day's work.

Day 2: December 20, 2024

On Day 2, we came to understand that one of my scenes was missed on the first day's shoot. This scene was serious for the storyline, and hence we adjusted our schedule in order to fit it into the daytime on Day 2. A different challenge that presented itself was the change in lighting, which also gave us an opportunity to explore a new aesthetic for the scene.

This little turn of events was a good lesson in cross-referencing our shot list and adjusting the schedule. Once we had shot the missing scene, we rechecked all our footage to ensure that we indeed had everything we needed before wrapping up the shoot.
